2.1)The products and services listed on the ARC website shall be deemed to constitute an invitation
to treat.
2.2) The ARC reserves the right to refuse to accept any order placed by you, and no contract will
come into effect until we send you confirmatory acceptance of your order.
2.6) ARC may reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services advertised on it’s web site
(even after acceptance of order) if there is insufficient stock or if delivery cannot be affected in
a particular place or if the price information or product or service descriptions is given
incorrectly.
2.3) The ARC reserves the right to refuse to sell products or prices are incorrect.
2.4) The ARC will attempt to send all products purchased on the ARC website to you within 14 days
from our acceptance of your order, provided payment has been received.
2.5) The title and risk for goods supplied pass to the customer upon delivery, and ARC will not be
liable after delivery for any loss or destruction.
2.6) Cancellation and refund of your money is only made if you send the goods back to our address at
your own cost and risk. The goods must be packed and in the same condition as originally sent out.

2.7) You have the right to cancel your order for services for any reason within 7 working days after
the order has been accepted. In the case of products, you may cancel the order within 7 working days
of receipt of the goods. This does not apply in the case of services, where that service has already
been used within the 7 day period.
2.8) In the event of cancellation all money paid will be returned or credited within 30 days of
receipt of notice of cancellation and the return of any purchased items. If the consumer does not
return the goods then ARC will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the
money received.

8.6) If the goods supplied by ARC are damaged or defective or not
as ordered or supplied in an incorrect quantity, ARC have no liability
to you unless you notify us in writing within 10 days of the date of delivery.
8.7) If the goods are not received within 30 days, ARC shall have no
liability unless you notify us within 40 days from the date of the order.
8.8) Our obligation in these circumstances, at your option or as appropriate
shall be made to replace or repair damaged or defective goods, refund
the amount paid by you or make good any shortfall.
9) Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors,
employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from
and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses,
including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions
of Use by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Web
