The Rural Stress Helpline supports people in rural areas in England and Wales.

It offers a confidential listening service to those suffering stress or distress.

RSH co-operates with other rural support groups and, where appropriate, introduces callers to organisations which provide sustained practical and emotional support. This can be from a local source if it meets the caller’s needs.

RSH also provides information, research, statistics, studies and reports on rural stress issues for individuals, groups, academics, organisations and the media.

RSH was formerly known as RSIN (Rural Stress Information Network) but in its new form is now a fully integrated project of the Arthur Rank Centre.

The Helpline operates from the Arthur Rank Centre at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

The Helpline telephone number is 0845 094 8286
