Whilst ministry in general has common features, rural practitioners know that the environment they work in has its own distinctive feel and needs. This course will offer a unique blend of elements which enables the development of reflective practice, ministry and mission with a deliberate focus on the rural context aimed at lay and ordained people practising in a rural setting.
Modules will include:
- The rural context in contemporary Britain
- Developing and evaluating models of rural ministry
- Rural mission: theology and practice
- Critical reflective practice in rural contexts
