Seven 90 minute sessions focus on appropriate and supported leadership, structures, effective mission and how to share ministry.
The workshop is facilitated by Revd Canon Jeremy Martineau and run via the office of the National Rural Officer at the Arthur Rank Centre, the churches national rural resources unit in Warwickshire. The workshop is held at Offa House near Leamington Spa.
